Getting Started
Each individual account includes one membership account. A “Firm” account includes up to 20 individual accounts.
All paid attorney memberships include unlimited job postings.
Click “Post a Job” at the top left of your screen. Fill out the template and click “Post”. Your post will be anonymous
Yes, your account and job posts are anonymous. Only the information about the job itself will be public and only experts with memberships will be able to apply.
Our direct messaging system is not anonymous so once you reach out to an expert directly, they will be able to see your name.
Yes! Your account is private and your name will not be included in your job post. However, when you directly message an expert through our platform, the name listed on your profile will be visible, similarly as if you chose to email them directly, off the platform.
Log in to your account and click on ‘edit’ profile
Fill out the template with name, email, phone number and business name (if applicable)
Account Information
It’s nice to put a face with a name, but you are not required to upload an account profile picture. Because all job posts are anonymous, the only time a profile picture would be seen is if and when you reach out directly to an expert through the platform.
Select LOGIN and then select LOST MY PASSWORD. You can then enter your email address associated with your account and you’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Yes! Your account with all your post history, favorites and messages will stay intact though you will no longer be able to access paid features of the site. If you decide to continue with a pair membership, all of your account information will remain as it was during the trial.
No! Unlike many of our competitors, you will NEVER be charged a service fee or commission at any point in the process. Our membership fees include unlimited connections with experts!

Membership
Yes! You will still have an account and be able to use some basic features of the site. You will need to select a membership level if you would like to be able to post a job or directly contact experts through the platform.
Payments
Never! You will never be charged outside your monthly membership for any service you secure through Expert Finding. We do not ask for a service fee or commission and all payments between experts and attorneys are negotiated and managed independently, between the involved parties only.
Memberships are billed monthly from the date of joining to the credit card you have stored on file. You will be notified 3 days in advance of being charged the upcoming automatic payment.
Upgrades
Firm memberships offer a bundling discount for companies who pay for more than 10 individual accounts. With the “Firm Membership” you pay a flat fee.
Getting Started
We break down our specialties into two categories under AREA OF EXPERTISE— SPECIALTIES and other PRIMARY AREAS OF EXPERTISE. You can choose as many specialties as you want, and from that list choose a primary area of expertise (this is what will appear in the heading under your name, and in the thumbnail version of your profile on the expert database).
Job submissions are unlimited for all expert memberships!
There is a SUBMIT MY PROFILE button in each individual job post. You can access the job posts through the JOB BOARD or through the notifications you receive in your profile or email inbox.

Account Information
When a membership expires, your expert profile will automatically be downgraded to the Basic (free) tier, which will still allow you to receive job notifications, however, you will no longer be able to submit to postings until your membership is upgraded to the Expert Pro or Expert Pro Plus tiers.
Log in to your account and go to ACCOUNT SETTINGS and click on LOGIN INFORMATION. In this section you can enter your current password and add a new password.
Membership
You can upgrade your membership in ACCOUNT SETTINGS under ACCOUNT by clicking on “Upgrade or change your membership” or you can go to VIEW PROFILE and click on the UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP option on the right side.
